I hope more people can see this to save their the opportunity getting pissed off by BM. Let's just put it like this: Brandy Melville got the literal WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the whole wide world. Being a BM customer will only make you feel disrespected and belittled. Northing else! So, only morons would want to pay for this kind of shopping experiences over and over again. Not me, never again.

This is one of the worst companies to order from online ever!!. Well, this company is problematic in their own many ways but this is not specific about the other issues this review will be about their online crappy customer service.
I have ordered from this horrible website two times within the past couple of months. I have ordered stuff and it would be in stock and then it would be " out of stock" and I end up not receiving what I ordered. The first time this happened I did get a refund for it but the second this which is this week I haven't gotten the item nor a refund from this company. The customer service reps seem to be inexperienced teenagers because there was a payment error of the first order I had placed with them which was in April and they asked for my credit card number in the email which I found very odd. The way they conduct their conservations as service reps didn't seem professional at all. The second time I experienced the "out of stock" problem the invoice said that one of these tops had been shipped with the number one under shipped but had an " out of stock" stamp. So I emailed Brandy Melville and they responded told me to send the invoice I got I had sent the invoice and still no response from this company or the rep that " helped" me which was not helpful at all.
Due to this issue that I have had with their online site and the many other issues this company is known for I will not be spending my money with them anymore. I want other people to be aware that this is a problem on their site that they need to fix and also they should just fix the whole company overall. Or better yet shut down because there are better companies out there that are not problematic and have good customer service.

Horrible awful return policy

They used to accept returns for online orders in store. Now they only accept them by mail, and it cost 31$ to ship back to them. Never ordering from them again.

I’ve shopped here a few times and their clothes are relatively decent, I’ve also had some pieces that are awful quality. And this 1 size fits all doesn’t sit right with me, as I’ve gotten older I’ve realised how ridiculous it is... one size does not fit all ????

Terrible quality

Terrible quality. Mediocre experience... service sucks. Definitely hit or miss for some cute lounge wear if you’re tiny, or don’t have big curves. I tend to lean on the smaller size and it is not “one size fits all”. Ex of quality; I purchased a pair of leggings and there was an 1.5” difference between each leg length. Not sure how that made it past production. Clearly lack of attention to detail. You get what you pay for.. cheap prices=cheap product. Also, anytime I took a tag out a hole was ripped right through the seams of the clothing. This has never happened to me before. Not even in Old Navy clothing.

Perpetuates eating disorders

Coming from someone who is both skinny and has an eating disorder, the “one size fits all” is harmful and untrue. Im not saying this brand is responsible for people having eating disorders, but they aren’t innocent in the matter either. As a brand you should be inclusive. Someone shouldnt have to be a certain weight to wear your clothes.

Excellent Service!

I don’t normally write reviews but my experience with Brandy Melville has been so great I just had to share! I have now ordered three tops from Brandy Melville on two separate occasions. All the items I have received have been beautifully made and fit me perfectly (I am a five foot nothing flat chested, slim twelve year old girl) and I am so impressed with the quality considering the price. I do not agree with Brandy Melville’s ‘one size fits all’ approach because it is obviously false but for me this was a great fit. If you have similar dimensions to me and are hesitating on whether to make a purchase or not I highly recommend you do! The delivery was very fast (Royal Mail) and I was able to track my parcels the whole way. If tou want trendy clothes at an affordable price with out compromising on quality I highly recommend Brandy Melville!
P.S. I earn no ‘points’ from writing this review, this is just my honest opinion.

Great company!!!

I love them so much! I am a smaller girl so I fit into everything great. I ordered my package only 5 days before it arrived. It was in transit only 2 days after I ordered and got to me 3 days later which amazes me. Not only that but the quality is not cheep. Your definitely getting the quality that your buying. Such cute shirts and pants I love them! Hope this helps!

I tried to cancel an order after just…

I tried to cancel an order after just 13 hours. The person I spoke to said they cannot cancel over the phone and had to email. Then I was told it was too late and order has been processed, but it was not shipped and will not ship for a few days. Basically they could cancel since they still have the itmes, but they refuse. I talked to a few girls and called back a few time to see if maybe the next girl would be nice. Nope, I think to work at Brandy Melville you have to be a "mean girl" Was this company started by an anorexic ex-cheerleady mean girl bully from highschool? Probably.... Do not buy anything from this company.

Racist and bodyshaming

They sell really cute clothes, but only in one size "fits all" :( The girls that pose on the pictures on the site are all tall, super skinny and white. Brandy Melville is racist and participates in body shaming! Their customer service is nice though, but that is the only positive thing I have to say about this company!

Disappointed

My Daughter heard about this brand and wanted to order so badly. The popular girls were wearing this brand and she wanted to fit in. So I gave in. When we went on the site she was ecstatic. I soon realized there was one size that caught. me in worry because the models seemed skinny and my daughter is on the heavier side which is obviously fine. I was worried that none of the things she wanted fit. But I let her buy 3 things 2 tops and a sweatshirt. It took a week to come. When it cam she was so happy. Immediately when she opened the box and took out the tops they were the size that would fit my 8 year old daughter. On the site the models looked older. My daughter is 16 and she started balling when the tops didn't fit. The sweatshirt fit fine though. It. happened I talked to her and told her that her body is perfect and she dosen't have to feel bad about her body for an un inclusive brand. A month later I noticed her body started thinning out and she wouldn't eat as much. I started to worry about her and after she hit 80 pounds at 16. I started talking to her about why she was loosing weight and her answer was "I want to fit into Brandy Melville". I started to panic and I felt like I did something wrong. Thanks to this un inclusive racist body-shamming brandy my daughter got diagnosed with Anorexia. Don't support this brand.

The customer service was terrible

The customer service was terrible. Didn’t return 2 emails nor texts back for a damaged piece of clothing. I will not be wasting my time with them again or be shopping there. Terrible customer service it defidently set an example for what I don’t want to ever see again!

SCAM. Definitely a scam. Did not send the gift card until AFTER I disputed the charges on my credit card. If I had read anything about this company i would have never ordered this as a Christmas gift, or as anything for that matter. HORRIBLE.
